- Operational support for the User Research team: Conception, execution, and analysis of surveys, interviews, and user testing

Coordination of User Research requests and management of appointment scheduling and compensation payments
Profil

Ongoing studies in Psychology, Sociology or a comparable field with a focus on research methods

Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods

Understanding of target group definition, triggering, and user-oriented survey design

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Basic knowledge of SPSS

Structured and independent working style
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Excellent German and English skills
-
Available to work 15-20 hours per week with flexible working hours, preferably located in Hamburg
Nice to have:

Practical experience in preparing and analyzing survey data in SPSS

Experience using survey tools such as SoSci Survey, LimeSurvey, Unipark, Hotjar, or Survicate

Practical experience in the B2B sector
