Aufgaben
  • You support recruitment planning for interns in Germany
  • You process incoming applications and act as the first point of contact for our candidates and bankers via Greenhouse
  • You regularly exchange with candidates on process, status and next steps
  • You manage interview notes and application documents, ensuring accurate documentation within Greenhouse
  • You coordinate with the recruitment team and HR Business Partner whilst supporting bankers during interviews
  • You conduct regular meetings with European Recruiter and Intern Committee counterpart to relay interview process updates and Recruitment needs, and support Pre-Onboarding process of interns in Germany

Profil
  • You are an authentic individual with high integrity, whose personal and professional values are consistent with our company's Culture Statement (Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Integration, Collaboration, Integrity)
  • You are studying for a degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business administration or psychology or other comparable subjects
  • You are enrolled for the entire duration of the working student contract (current certificate of enrolment must be enclosed with the application)
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
  • You possess fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
  • You have experience in recruitment and HR, and have ideally worked with Greenhouse
  • You are a strong collaborator who can work productively with others in sharing best practices and staying coordinated in providing a consistent application experience
  • You are a driven and ambitious student who gains satisfaction from achieving personal and team goals
