Aufgaben
  • Definition of embedded software goals, milestones, work packages, and resource requirements together with the related project managers
  • Coordination of internal and external software development and testing resources
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements
  • Creation and maintenance of embedded software development plans, status reports, risk analyses, and decision-making documents
  • Moderation of meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions
  • Early identification of risks, deviations, and issues requiring escalation, as well as the initiation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Support for requirements analysis and prioritization, in close coordination with embedde software specialists, project managers, and product owners
  • Translate requirements into structured Embedded Software Development Plans, Test Strategies, and Validation Concepts (in collaboration with development teams)
  • Ensuring an orderly handover to operations or to the client

Profil
  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in leading Embedded Software Development
  • Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban)
  • Understanding of embedded software development processes, system architectures, interfaces, and testing methodologies
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools
  • Highly passionate about sustainable investments
  • Comprehensive research skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English and German
