Student Assistant – IT Support (f/m/d)

About the role

We are looking for a curious, organized, and proactive IT Student Worker to join our local IT team in Munich. In this role, you will support a variety of onsite IT activities and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, develop technical skills, and make a real impact on the daily IT experience of our employees.


Aufgaben
  • Provide day-to-day hardware delivery and setup support
  • Handle walk-in IT support requests and user inquiries
  • Manage and follow up on IT tickets in our IT Service Management tool (ServiceDesk Plus)
  • Deliver onsite support for workplace technology, printing, and audio-visual (AV) equipment issues
  • Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving common IT‑related challenges
  • Support the local IT team with various operational and administrative tasks

Profil
  • Curious about IT and technology, with a strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Open communicator who asks questions, collaborates effectively, and enjoys working with colleagues across the business
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive, with a hands-on approach to getting things done
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Any experience with Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, AV equipment, or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus – but not required; we welcome motivated learners and support your development
